Ashaye One Enterprise was founded in 2021 by Ashaye Oluwatobi Olawale, our Founder and CEO, with a clear purpose: to build a business that provides practical solutions to real everyday needs.
We started by addressing one of the most important everyday needs: access to dependable power. Our solar solutions give households a practical alternative when conventional electricity supply is unavailable, helping families continue with everyday living, learning and essential activities.
Our approach goes beyond simply selling products. We focus on accessibility, convenience and a structured customer experience, including flexible installment payment plans that make our current solar solutions more achievable for everyday households.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or making a payment.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for checking the product details, quantity, price, and other order information before placing an order.
2. Prices & Delivery
All product prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Delivery fees are NOT included in product prices. Delivery charges are separate and may vary depending on the customer's location and order.
3. Payment
All payments must be made only through the official payment account provided by Ashaye One Enterprise.
Ashaye One Enterprise will not be responsible for payments made to any other account, individual, or unauthorized payment channel.
A payment notification does not automatically mean that a payment has been confirmed. Payments must be verified and confirmed by Ashaye One Enterprise before they are credited to an order.
4. Installment Payment Plans
Customers may choose an available installment payment plan where applicable.
Once an installment plan is selected, the customer is expected to make payments according to the schedule displayed on the website.
If a customer stops making payments, the order will remain Due until the outstanding payment is made and confirmed.
Delivery will NOT be activated until the customer's installment plan has been fully paid and all payments have been confirmed by Ashaye One Enterprise.
5. Guarantee
Where a product carries a stated guarantee, the guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects and within the stated guarantee period.
Where a covered manufacturing defect occurs, the product may be repaired or replaced, depending on the nature of the issue.
The guarantee does not cover damage or faults caused by customer negligence, misuse, incorrect handling, accidents, mistakes, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or other customer-related causes.
However, where a product is delivered and subsequently develops a fault covered by the stated guarantee, the customer may contact Ashaye One Enterprise for assessment.
6. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within the stated guarantee period where the issue is covered by the guarantee.
Returns will not be accepted under the guarantee where the fault or damage resulted from customer negligence, misuse, incorrect handling, mistakes, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or other customer-related causes.
7. No Refund Policy
Ashaye One Enterprise does not offer refunds.
Where an eligible product develops a covered manufacturing defect, the applicable remedy will be repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.
8. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and other required details.
Customers are also responsible for keeping their account information secure.
9. Payment & Delivery Confirmation
Ashaye One Enterprise reserves the right to verify all payments before confirming them.
For installment orders, delivery will only be activated after the full order amount has been paid and confirmed.
After delivery, customers may be required to confirm receipt of their order through the website.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or making a payment through the Ashaye One Enterprise website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
